Hi, my name is Matt Holland and I am the founder of Allbiz Deal Room and Mentored Business Sales Services. With over 20 years of experience, I have been self-employed and have worked extensively in the financial services industry, specifically in financial planning and finance building businesses. In 2012, I made the decision to sell my own business, which led me to transition from financial planning to business mergers and acquisitions as well as broking services at Ray White. During this time, I had the privilege of heading up the Sydney and NSW business sales division. Following that, I entered into a partnership with Mark Bouris at YBR and Mentored.com.au, where we successfully launched Mentored Business Sales. Currently, I am actively involved in assisting business owners with raising capital and facilitating the buying and selling of businesses.
