    As a managed business, you are under no obligation to be actively involved. Nevertheless, you will receive an invitation to join our Advisory Board and engage in our monthly meetings. 


    Furthermore, if you prefer to actively contribute to the business, you have the opportunity to earn an extra $100,000 per year or up to $250,000 annually.

  • What is the Price of the Business License?

    The selling price for each business license is $875,000 plus GST, and we provide flexible financing options with a minimum deposit of 50%.

  • Do I Need to Employ Staff

    No, K&Q management will assume full responsibility for the recruitment and management of all staff members.

  • What is Term of the License Agreement

    Your license agreement will span up to 15 years, organised into three segments of 5 years each, with an automatic renewal feature.

  • What are the Business Hours?

    Kings and Queens will be open for business 7 days a week, with certain divisions operating based on customer demand and local opening laws.

    Voco Melbourne Central who are part of the IHG group has joined forces with Kings and Queens to offer an exceptional level of service to their valued guests. This collaboration entails offering exclusive in-house customer vouchers, developing hotel & wellness packages, and working together on impactful marketing campaigns.

  • What is the Expected Opening Date

    The objective is to commence operations for all divisions by the completion of the first quarter 2024, pending the fitout process.
