Consultants have the flexibility to cancel at any time, with 60 days notice, as long as they do not have any active listings under management.

To submit a deal, simply add the listing to the Mantis deal management platform and inform the support team about the platforms and plans chosen by the client. If the client is listing on the projects platform, the support team will add the deal and provide you with a live link for the customer's approval. Subsequently, upon approval, the customer will be prompted to subscribe to a marketing plan.

Email and SMS marketing are carried out through the Mantis platform and can be initiated in response to inquiries about a listing, or by reaching out to all of your contacts. Additionally, you have the ability to set up autoresponders while managing a client's deals.

There is no cost to join allbiz. If you need training, it is available for $990. You have the option to select from our consultant subscriptions. With all consultant plans, you can keep 100% of the upfront fees. You can then choose to retain 50% of the success fees on the consultant 50 plan, priced at $550 per month, or 80% of the success fees on the consultant 80 plan, priced at $950 per month.
